Castle Caereinion has its own calendar this year. Bill Brown, Chairman of Makefast Ltd. has painted 12 watercolours of birds in incongruous and amusing situations. These have been made into a 2017 calendar with the proceeds going to the Castle Caereinion Community Hall.

It started with a visit to London where everybody on the street was looking at their mobile phone, and the idea for chaffinches tweeting was borne.

Bill has been persuaded not to title it “Foreign Birds”, in case it ends up on the top shelf of the newsagents!

The calendar will cost £6 (or 4 for £20).

Corporate overprinting is possible.
